At Delta Shower Doors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your glass enclosure or hardware doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the glass panels and hardware in their original crates or boxes, ensuring all protective corner guards and mounting components are included.
Schedule Pickup
Due to the size and weight of shower door components, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to pick up the return from your location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
